ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM SUPERFWD.COM
If you place an order we will endeavour to fill the order within the time frame specified and have it arrive at your door as described on the website or in the custom built design brief for manufactured parts.
Your payment details must be verified before your order can be processed. When you purchase a product the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes, postage and packaging costs. All prices are in British Pounds.
Unless the product was damaged in transit, or another issue has arisen in the post and packaging of the product, we do not offer returns or any money back. The product is shipped as described and leaves our factory in perfect condition, therefore we sell the product as described and expect it to be what you intended when placing the order with us.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
We reserve the right to make changes to our products or remove them from stock at any time. If we temporarily reduce the charge for a product we offer (putting a product on sale with 20% off for example) you will not receive a refund on any previous orders made at the higher price.
If any or all of our products are temporarily unavailable, changed, or removed from stock, you will receive a refund, or may be offered an equivalent alternative.
